Jeffrey Dahmer: Why Did He Do the Things He Did?

This serial killer had a pathological fear of being alone, and this is why he’d kill men close to his own age- men he found attractive and wanted to make them his “sex slaves”. 

His first victim was a hitchhiker he picked up, but later he preyed on men in gay clubs. He’d take them home and have sex with them, and it was when they showed signs of wanting to leave that he’d kill them- if not sooner. 

It is said that he never wanted to kill anyone, but merely make them into zombies to fulfill his sexual desires. Obviously none of his experiments worked and they ended up dying (he tried to drill holes into his victims’ heads and poured acid into it). He even turned to cannibalism, making those bodies a part of him. 

He was given a life sentence, but was killed by a fellow inmate in 1994.
